Returns Policy
Thank you for letting us be a part of your ministry. If for any reason the resources you have purchased don’t meet your ministry’s needs, our return policy is simple and easy! Please see the details below before starting to process your return.
Processing your Return:
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact a Life Bible Study Customer Service Agent to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA). Refunds will not be issued for returns that do not have the RMA form.

Shippable Resources:
If the shippable resource you are returning has not been opened, and is still in a re-sellable condition, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund minus a restocking fee of 20%. The resource must be free of marks, scratches, breaks, water damage, stickers, stains, or any other kind of damage to be accepted back into inventory. If the resource arrived shrink wrapped, the wrapping must not be broken. Credit will not be given for any resource that is out of print and/or obsolete.
Online Teaching Materials and Fees:
Any Long-Term online web license may be returned within 3 days of the original purchase for a full refund. All Short-Term online web license are non-refundable. Any set up fee and/or service fee are non-refundable.
Media Downloads:
Media downloads (videos, message downloads and media passes) are not refundable.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We are happy to refund the cost of the resource subject to the details listed above. Original shipping & handling and return postage charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return has been received and is re-entered into inventory, a credit will be posted to your account. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your return and refund.
Refund Options
Credit Card – If purchase was completed by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card within 1-2 weeks after processing the return.
Check – if the order was paid by check, a credit will be placed on your account and can be used towards a future purchase.

Life Bible Study offers a variety of flat rate and time sensitive shipping methods to get resources to you as soon as possible.
Orders received prior to 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Thursday are shipped on the day of order, after 3:00 p.m. orders will be shipped the following business day.
Orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. CST on Fridays are shipped on the day of order, after 12:00 p.m. orders will be shipped the following business day.
Our shipping methods of choice are USPS and FedEx. Tracking Information will be provided once your packages leave our shipping department.
